It’s true, there’s nothing like the conditions that you find on the PBA Tour. Though our PBA Tour Management Team communicates with Team SPI on the off-season, some of the coaching and training comes from the conditions that you see on tour. From time to time our Tour Team will try to give a behind the scenes look at some of the things they are working on with players so that you can watch for the adjustments as the players bowl each week.

Storm Products has announced ten new members added to their Evolution Team. This team is an extension of the Evolution Program which is comprised of youth athletes from around the country who have an unbridled enthusiasm for the sport of bowling and have shown loyalty to the beliefs of the Evolution Program.

Storm Products, Inc. (SPI) has announced several enhancements to the SPI PBA/PWBA Tour Management Team supporting the athletes of SPI leading into the 2023 PBA Tour Season.

Storm Products is proud to announce that the 2023 Storm Youth Championships (SYC) season has aligned with two charitable giving initiatives. A portion of every entry in 2023 will be shared between Ballard vs the Big “C” (BVBC) and Make-A-Wish Utah.

Despite a Tropical Storm, Boardwalk Bowl hosted the final and largest Storm Youth Championship of 2022 with five first-time champions and a first-ever tie for the SYC title in the U18 Girls division.

In 2023, the SYC schedule will have nine events featuring five new host bowling centers. We intentionally take the SYC events to new cities each year in a quest to bring national events closer to home for more families.

Byars background in the sport will assist him in his new role at Storm as he will work to create and connect a digital journey for bowlers to experience on our web properties.

The South Sound Tour hosts 16 events per season and hosts 150 bowlers per event. They’ve built a bowling tour for bowlers created by bowlers. The formats of the events are based on feedback of their bowlers. Bowlers provide feedback and the tournament organizers discuss the suggestions and adjust formats accordingly.
